Summer Mood Board

What's a (blogging) girl to do when she's too tired for elegant musings and too spent to remember her middle name?

Make a mood board, of course.

Lately I'm consumed by an obsession with all shades of orange and pink (especially when paired together). 

I tried to implement the color scheme into my upcoming birthday party decorations but unfortunately instead of pink and orange I left the store with a brand new bestie from the balloon department and turquoise everything... your guess is as good as mine. 

Sigh.

Mood: Water Baby

There's a special level of contentment I experience when by the water. I prefer the ocean but will take a lake or a swimming pool in a pinch. 

I've even been known to embrace a kiddie pool filled with beer, but you're going to have to make a much stiffer drink for that to happen again.
